When I am asked to teach how to make spam musubi (sticky rice n spam wrapped in nori)...I always bring my own 'special' hawaiian meat ;)<br /><br />Way to go tuba-dad! My mom used to fry it...Not a big fan of Spam here. My mom used to fry it up and make sandwiches out of it. My FIL would make Spamcakes. You fry a slice of spam on one side. When you flip it over to fry the other side, you pour pancake batter over it. You end up with a pancake with a fried Spam slice in the middle. I have to give a warning, though--it is sad at the end.<br /><br />I know where Tuba Dad got the idea for Spam.
