Now there's something you don't see every day
Whoa - have you ever been out and about when everyone else is working? It's almost eerily quiet, like you're the only survivor after a nuclear bomb or something.
Maggie and I went to go see the movie "The March of the Penguins" today in the middle of the afternoon, and we actually drove there on the freeway going 75 the whole time (what a concept), then parked only a few yards from the movie theater(!). I could have worn 5" stilettos and still walked comfortably from the car to the theater. (yeah yeah clearly I'm not a stiletto-wearin-girl, but if I was I would have whipped them out and pranced into the place.)
By the way, look closely at this picture taken at the theater today. Can anyone tell what it is? You'll have to think very carefully, because it's something you've probably never seen before. When you think you know, highlight the space between the asterisks with your mouse to see the answer:
**It's a women's restroom without a line!!!**
Ha! Can you believe I actually got to witness that rare sight in person? That alone was worth the price of admission today.
