Today is the last day of Spirit Week at Ro and Ree’s school, and the girls have been THRILLED to play along with the daily dressing themes.
Monday ~ College Day (wearing Duquesne tees and representing the cousins in PA):
Tuesday ~ Pajama Day (I think to a five-year-old, there’s hardly anything better than getting to wear your PJs to school):
Wednesday ~ Blue Day (each grade level was assigned a different color):
Thursday ~ St Patrick’s Day, which meant green, of course (I thought the green outfits they put together were feisty and fun):
Friday ~ Twin Day (the girls were RIDICULOUSLY excited to dress exactly the same, something they never do, and we actually had a hard time finding identical tops in their closet):
So can you tell who’s who on Twin Day?
PS: Both girls have totally recovered from their colds and have been feeling great all week, I on the other hand have the crud now. It started on Monday and I’m still feeling horrible.
LOVE their twin day outfits! Where are they from? I also think their St Patty's outfits are pretty rockin too :)
ReplyDeleteLove all of their outfits! I hope you feel better soon. I'm not even going to pretend I know who is who !!!
ReplyDeleteRee on the right???
ReplyDeleteSuch fun spirit week! Do tell where you got the navy tops and skirts...
Sounds like YOU need a pajama day! Or maybe a pajama week!
ReplyDeleteThey look extra pretty on twin day! Did the teacher pair up the other kids for twin day? Wow, is that your backyard - what a view! Can't wait to see photos of your new house! Have a great weekend, Cindy
ReplyDeleteI DO need a pajama week! Ahhhhh, that would be nice. :-)
ReplyDeleteThe navy shirts are from last year's summer Target clearance, but the cargo pants are avail right now at The Children's Place (they call them utility pants).
In the close-up Twin Day photo, Ro is on the left and Ree is on the right, and in the full-length one Ree is on the left and Ro is jumping on the right. :-)
Love the pictures! Looks like they had a fun week. :-)
ReplyDeleteI think Ro is on the left and Ree is on the right for twin day? :)
ReplyDeleteAll fun with dress up.. rocks!!
ReplyDeletebackground so beautiful over from fence...
There is nothing better than wearing PJ's to school! They are so cute!
ReplyDeleteI thought about you this week...I was in your Area for work (I work for Oracle). Spent one afternoon in Chinatowm and was womdering which hotel you stayed at in SF for the Chinese new years parade ?
ReplyDeleteWe stayed at the SF Hilton -- nice hotel, a little pricey with the two-night minimum for the parade package, but fun.
ReplyDeleteI think it is Ree and Ro (just faces) as I went back and looked at other pictures of them..lol
ReplyDeleteIt looks like they have another FUN week. Can not wait to see what next week brings:)
Love it! We ended Spirit Week with 80's Day to honor the 25th Anniversary of the school, which opened in the 80's. Seeing an entire Kindergarten wearing hot pink shirts and bangles cracked me up.
ReplyDeleteThey look great! The "crud" lasted 8 days for me (much less for the girls, of course). I just now turned the corner. Good luck.
the girls are adorable, as always. did they get haircuts?
ReplyDeleteI'm delurking to say it's nice to see the Duquesne shirts in CA!! My husband played basketball there forty million years ago. I love the "blue picture" of the girls.
ReplyDeleteBarb
They're so identical it's insane. They could so easily play tricks on people and pretend to be each other, lol.
ReplyDeleteso cute! ro on the left?
ReplyDeleteTwin pics are my favorite of all! They are so sweet!!
ReplyDeleteThere are twin Asian kindergarteners at Caroline's school whose mother dresses them alike EVERY SINGLE DAY. I like the fact that your girls show their own individual style and yet still see each other as their twin sister and very best friend.
ReplyDeleteSo sorry to hear you are ill. We feel your pain up North here.
ReplyDeleteYeah, I have to agree...twin pics are my fave too. We just don't see those often and it's fun.
Take care.

Loving they identical blouses. They are cute!!!!! My fav day is the PJ day. I need one of those. My days are usually exercise clothes day. Pj's would smell nicer and I wouldn't feel like I had to clean my house.
ReplyDeleteHi Mary Grace, they haven't had any haircuts recently. They did get cuts a couple of months ago where TubaDad had to take them for some reason so I printed out detailed instructions with pictures for him to carry in. Hee!
ReplyDeleteVery fun week! Hugs to you and hope that you're feeling better soon.
ReplyDeleteAwe sweetie! You sure sounded rough when we chatted last week. Sure hope you're back to 100% now.
ReplyDeleteUgh! Still only got the girls straight 50% of the time. I'm so bad!
Love all the fun, fun outfits and must admit seeing them dressed totally alike was a fun treat! Yah....it would be an easy out for me not being able to tell who's who!! ;o)
Love the uquense shirts;-)
ReplyDeleteI'm thinking we never outgrow the thrill of pajama day. I'm still sporting mine today (at almost three in the afternoon) and feel deliciously decadent. *grin* Love the spirit week recap!
ReplyDeleteGREAT outfits! How totally fun to have a whole week of fun themes!
ReplyDeleteThe twin day thing is so funny. The eyebrows have it though! Ree on right!

Our girls dress alike probably two days out of five. Mostly because those are days I'm lazy and it's just easier to get out two of everything. Luckily their fabulous teachers are able to tell them apart with no problems.

Love all the photos of them! So cute, cute, CUTE!
ReplyDeleteAlyzabeth's Mommy

ReplyDeleteglad to hear they are feeling better and by now.... I hope you are too.
