My doctor called back and said there were some "atypical" cells in that chunk of toe she removed. She said it's nothing to worry about (uh huh...) but I have to come back in so she can make a larger cut to "make absolutely certain every last abnormal cell is gone and there's nothing but a good rim of normal cells left." Translation? I have to go BACK THERE to let her cut open my toe again AFTER it's finally healed up and the stitches have been removed.
Not happy, not happy at all. And a little scared.

Bummed...
My doctor called back and said there were some "atypical" cells in that chunk of toe she removed.
