Have you heard of that new band called "Buckethead Monkeys on Scooters"?

The buckethead monkeys on scooters (sounds like a band name, doesn't it?) Yeah these girls sure do have their own special way of having fun. It would make a good name for a band, though, wouldn't it? Heh. They walked around like this for a long time Ro monkeys around on her little trike Ree likes to extend her leg as far as possible when scootering When I see this kind of stuff going on, by the way, I sometimes wonder "Who's crazier, the monkeys racing around the kitchen on scooters, or the slightly deranged mama who laughs instead of stopping them?" Don't answer that question. PS: TubaDad just got back from taking the girls to dinner. I opted out because it was a baaaaaaaaaaaaad migraine day, which is better now that the second Imitrex has finally kicked in. Anyhow, he took the girls out to McD's to get happy meals, and said that after ordering them Ro wanted to know if they had sad meals. Heh. A few more pics are here.

  1. My goodness... get those gals to a ballet class. Look at that grace. That form. That balance. (Although I must admit, it took awhile to see said grace because I was distracted by the buckets and monkey costumes.)

  2. I cannot believe that they just get cuter and cuter! Everytime I think they have reached top cuteness factor, they raise the bar!!! Funny about the "sad meals".....my 4 yr old had a cough, so I gave him some cough medicine....He stated that he never had cough medicine before, I then said, "well you never really had a bad cough before"....His reply: "yeah, I have only had good coughs"

  3. HOpe you are feeling better by the morning... Aren't those the puke buckets they are putting on their cute little heads? I have a 9 year old that still dresses up (down) when he wants too.. Course we do homeschool so no-one will make fun of him -- monkey costume or not.. I can't believe how big they are getting... NO MORE GROWING UP!!

That would be an excellent band name. Is it possible for them to learn Bon Jovi on the tuba?

My nieces put buckets on their heads at the each a couple of years ago and it was pretty funny to watch. It's great to watch them amuse themselves!

    Such a cute post!

As a fellow migraine sufferer I'd like to recommend the new book "The Migraine Brain" by Carolyn Bernstein. It's been very helpful to me.

    Hope you're feeling better.
