We're TubaDad (laid-back taco-eating tuba-player from Texas) and M3 (excitable, artsy chocoholic from California). We adopted our beautiful twin girls from Hubei, China in Oct 2006 and this blog is about our lives with the twinados, Ro and Ree. Cheers!
* Photo info: Nikon D300 camera, Nikon 35mm lens, no flash, there really wasn't any light since it was 7pm and we were inside the house, and also I had my ISO too low, oh well. I bumped up the exposure a bit in Lightroom and did a square crop but didn't have time to do any other photo editing.
Love these pics! I was also wondering if she got a haircut! It does look like her cute little pigtails could just be curling behind though. Either way, these are really fun pictures!
Oh funny! No haircut, I just have her ponytails in loops. I have to keep the girls' hair contained in some way when they're swimming or it ends up a snarly mess. They know the drill by now, so when they want to go swimming (which has been every day for the past week, and will happen again today when they wake up from naps) they come up to me and ask hopefully "can we do pool hair, mama?"
Remember when you first brought them home and Ro was kind of the shy, reserved, withdrawn one? I think you called her... if I'm not mistaken... "the quiet one." Maybe I'm remembering it wrong.
It seems like a lifetime ago. I guess for Ree and Ro it was.
