Fashion Friday, what did they do this week?

It's Friday, time to see what the kiddos have been up to this week with regard to fashion. This first set of outfits was interesting... Ro (left) went for a green on green on green look, right down to her socks., which you can't see (you'll just have to trust me). While Ree went all pinkified on us. The tie-dye shirt and tutu were purchased as an outfit, and then she added cupcake tights, and black and pink corkscrew bows to her neckline and hair for a little extra decoration. (3D made those bows! She just got her referral and is traveling to China soonsoonsoon!) Ree also added a pink glitter belt, but you can't see it in the photo. DSC_7151LRs For the second set of outfits, the girls actually wore PJs all day, and when we had to leave the house begged and begged to keep their PJs on as a top layer. Oh fine... Ree (left) went with a gorgeous tie-dye and rhinestone long-sleeve tee from Nordstrom, a dark purple polka-dot skirt from Crazy8, and then paired it with tights that actually matched perfectly (I think the tights came from Target). The yellow shoes, well hey it's Ree... Ro went for an all-pink look. I swear the girl has reverted back to her monochromatic-outfit infatuation. In this case, the nightgown actually gave that outfit a little extra sass (but don't tell her I said so). DSC_7075LRs Today they said they were going to confuse everyone and both wear pink so people would think there were two Ro's. I think they pulled it off. Can you tell who's who? DSC_7213LRs DSC_7220LRs DSC_7229LRs And last, here are a couple of Mama's-choice outfits (hm, I seem to be in a tights mood lately—I just think there's hardly anything cuter than fun little tights): DSC_7122LRsDSC_7203LRs Happy Friday!

  1. I guess:
    Ree in the jellies and
    Ro in the tennies.

I think I spy a difference in their right eyebrows - Ree's is a little pointier and Ro's is a little curvier. Maybe. Or maybe I'm just hallucinating.

PS: Thanks for keeping Cafaren's blog updated. I'm loving following her trip. Makes me want to find a way to go back for baby #3.

I have to say that on a cold dreary and wet day here in Portland those colors brighten everything up.

It is a day to wear pjs all day in and out of the house.

Could you tell the pinkanodos apart?

  8. I guess that Ree is the one wearing glasses and tennis shoes. From what you've written before, I surmise that Ree is a bit more flamboyant in dress and behavior.

  10. I don't see any telltale bracelets, so I'm going to go with Ree being the one in the glasses too. It's not the zany glasses so much as the mouth shape... Ro often has a more rosebud shaped mouth while Ree seems to usually have a wider smile.

  11. Hey guys, thanks for all the fun guesses! Pamster got it right, Ree is in the jellies, and Ro is in the tennies and glasses. And Pamster, you were also dead right about the eyebrows -- Ree has a little point to hers.
