Clicked on one of those “you might also like” links at the bottom of my last post and was transported back to May of 2008 when the girls were two and a half years old. I had completely forgotten about this video, and their gravely little voices and the banter back and forth are HILARIOUS. I also lovelovelove it when Ree asks Ro if she wants it (around 45 seconds) and Ro looks right at me and very honestly says “No, I already have one.” Classic!!
Man, I need to get out that video camera more often!
I click on them sometimes, too, and always laugh. One of the funniest was when the girls first came home and one or both were eating corn on the cob at Thanksgiving. It is no longer available to watch but I always loved it.
ReplyDeleteOh I remember that one! Wonder why it's not avail any more, I'll have to check on it.
Deletelol! very adorable
ReplyDeleteLove! I can't believe their patience. My girls would have dropped that box, done some screaming and scrambling...it would be chaos!
ReplyDeleteI've never commented before, and have been a long time lurker. I personally watched that video dozens of times and I seriously think it should be on youtube or Funniest Home Videos or something. It is just awesome. So, so sweet.
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness, your girls have been SOOOO fun to follow. I began following along when you received your referral and have loved every single post.
ReplyDeleteThis video is a-dor-a-ble!!!! You are so blessed!
Your kiddos are just adorable (then & now!)! I have an off-topic question for ya- is there something special you do to get the video box to show up so large? When I post a video to my blog (hosted on youtube), it always shows up so teeny tiny. Drives me nuts. Thanks!

Hi Amy, thanks! For the videos, go to your video page in YouTube, click Share, click Embed, then scroll down and enter your desired width in the custom box. I use 500 for the width and then it automatically fills in the length. Also, I unclick the box that says "show suggested videos when the video finishes" because that annoys me and I don't have any control over what YouTube chooses to promote.
DeleteSnort! Too cute!!!
ReplyDeleteGotta give Ro tons of credit for being SO patient while Ree chose the perfect one. Such a sweet video!!
Man, now I need to find me some chocolate!
Just as an FYI, that is our #1 FAVORITE Ro & Ree video. Mae will ask, "Can we watch the "dis wah" video? LOVE them!
ReplyDeleteAh, Ellen, that is fun to hear!!
DeleteSo cute!!!
ReplyDeleteOh gosh that was too stinkin' adorable! It's weird to have a big smile, laugh, and get teary at the same time....but I did!
ReplyDeleteSo sweet!
ReplyDeleteOh Lordy.... that was soooo cute! "I yike dis wah!"

One of my favorites was holding the ladder for your father while he brought down the boxes of Christmas decorations from the attic and one of the girls askes, "You need *hoip*, BobBob?"
ReplyDeleteThat is so cute. I love how little ones talk. They sure have grown!
ReplyDeleteMy favourite is the one where one wants to watch 'Six Beebies' and the other 'Me Moss!'
ReplyDeleteHi M3 I love following your girls they always cheer me up mid way through a bad day at work, such great personalities! My favourite video is when they're at the beach running in and out of the sea and then both fall over gets me everytime ! Best Wishes to you all from Liverpool.
