TubaDad and I just got this smirking email from my parents:

Just wanted to let you know where we are in case you need to reach us. It is 5:00 and we are on our way to the Jackson's for margaritas and salsa and scoops. Poor you. mom & dad

For anyone who has my dad's homemade salsa, especially the FIRST batch of the season like this one, you will understand why I gasped when I got this.
