Note: The Chinese format for names is to list surname first, then first name, then middle name. I'm assuming that's the format for most of the above names, but I only called out surname if the parents did because I didn't want to guess. Also, I still haven't seen any other LID dates than 2/16/06 and 2/17/06, which means this was such a tiny step forward for those who are still waiting.
